Using the service

Use FieldQuote IA to manage information you are authorized to process. Keep your credentials secure and grant each user the permissions needed for their work.

Quotes and artificial intelligence

AI results are suggestions that may contain errors. A professional must review diagnoses, safety, quantities, prices and terms before using them. The platform does not automatically send AI drafts.

Signatures and payments

Electronic approval records a basic acceptance of a proposal version; its validity depends on the circumstances and applicable rules. Manually recorded external payments must correspond to amounts actually received.

Availability

The operator is responsible for configuring providers, backups, recovery and user support. This installation must pass the documented production checks before a commercial launch.
