Privacy notice

Provisional document for this installation. The operator must identify its company, contact details, jurisdiction, retention periods and applicable rights before opening the service to the public.

Information used

Login, company, customer, job, photo, voice note, quote, signature, invoice and payment reference data are stored to provide the service. Full card numbers are not stored.

External services

When configured, OpenAI processes information you choose to send for analysis and transcription; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers email and S3 storage holds files. AI features ask for confirmation before sending data.

Control and retention

The operator manages access by company and must handle export and deletion requests. Per-page CSV export is available to office staff. Complete account deletion still requires the installation administrator’s intervention. Customer information is not sold.

Device and connection

Notes awaiting sync are stored on this device, separated by user and company. Do not use shared devices for sensitive information. Camera and microphone access require your permission and are only activated when used.
